<strong>Rising costs are an effect of increased care. This leads to better longer lives for people. Of course a service that provides better quality will cost more until the research costs are absorbed. Then they will begin to deminish with competition. Governmant needs to step aside.</strong></p>

<strong>Stop telling people what to do. Life is not fair and bad things will happen. Health care is not a crisis it is a service.Government is non production. Step aside and production will increase. My top priorities will be to decrease fraud and prosecute criminal predators.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I write this post with deep regret. I can easily be classified by any stretch as a gun nut. The NRA has always been a place of refuge. I have always believed that the NRA was a defender of the Constitution. I would like first to extent my utmost respect to Marion Hammer, Wayne La Pierre, Charlton Heston, Ted Nugent Greg Hopkins and all of the great men and women that have tirelessly defended our Second Amendment rights against a tyrannical Federal Government.</p>
<p>I have, with many other Americans, been searching for a reason why our Republic is being diminished. I have discovered that there is one principle of our Constitution that is being over looked and that is the idea that the Republic be governed by representatives for the people. We have gradually been replaced by a ruling party elite. This concept had been and is being promoted by some that have claimed to fight tyranny. But if a political party is promoted over the will of the people then our Republic is being compromised. People can organise as they choose but if a ruling party elite is placed in the position of ruling the Country before a representative Republic then we are following a Communist principle. The name of the party is irrelevant</p>
<p>I have asked for a candidate questionaire from the NRA-ILA.  The final respose I have recieved is that they only supply questionaires to major party candidates. Although I understand that they have the priviledge under the Constitution to include only those that they choose. I feel this is a very poor choice to make for an organization that is protecting liberty for the people. The party is dictating to them, just as they have done t the States, lobor unions and Acorn who may me allowed to serve in Washington. My response to the NRA was this:</p>
<p>This information is of grave concern to me. Although you have the privilege under the Constitution to practice liberty, your actions leave me with deep regret.<br />
&#8220;major party&#8221; over principle is a communist concept. There is no possibility of protecting the Constitution or any of its amendments from a communist party perspective.<br />
I will forthright  relinquish my life membership back to you and ask my children to do the same.<br />
It has been an honor to follow some of the great men and women that have served the NRA.</p>

<p>1. CANCER RESEARCH AND PREVENTION</p>
<p>Question:<br />
The federal government is, by far, the largest funder of cancer research and prevention, and for many years, ACS CAN has called for a significant increase in funding for cancer research. The President and other national leaders have called for the doubling of cancer research funding over eight years. As a member of Congress, will you commit to work for a doubling of cancer research funding over the next eight years?</p>
<p>Answer:<br />
One of the limited roles of the Federal Government is to promote the general Welfare. I believe medical research fits very nicely in that scope of activity. A top priority is to stop overspending and pay off the Federal Debt. That aside we should reduce spending in areas that are not Constitutionally authorized and spend more on medical research. Doubling funding is a political promise that has no basis in fact. I would do all I can to increase research in the medical field.</p>
<p>2. HEALTH CARE</p>
<p>Question:<br />
Do you support implementation of the recently enacted Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in a way that will ensure that cancer patients and survivors have full access to adequate and affordable health care coverage?</p>
<p>Answer:<br />
I do not support  the recently enacted Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The health industry does a far better job caring for patients than the Government. Most legislation serves only to spend both public and private money on bureaucracy and waste. Siphoning money away from its intended purpose to fund government helps no one.</p>
<p>3. TOBACCO CONTROL</p>
<p>Question:<br />
Would you vote to increase the federal tobacco tax to help improve public health, save lives, and protect children from a lifetime of smoking and to use those tax revenues to pay for expanded smoking cessation services?</p>
<p>Answer:<br />
I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll vote to increase any Federal tax. It&#8217;s naive to believe that Government does with your money what they say they are going to do. To &#8220;protect the Children&#8221; is such an overused phrase to convince people that the government is doing something noble with your money. Promote education and responsibility and promote family and self worth to help societal problems. And still bad things will happen. Individual preservation is not the role of the Federal Government. Cruel? No not at all, help to people for destructive behavior can best come from those closest to them not those furthest away such as Washington. So don&#8217;t promote giving money to Washington to waste when you can better use that money to help people in your community.</p>

We need people in Congress that are not beholden to a party or an industry or a foreign nation or any other interest except American interest. People who have an interest in continuing United States Sovereignty. People that will swear to protect the Constitution of the United States only and be held accountable for their actions in office.</p>
<p>I can go on for a long time about all the things I would not do for or to the American people when in office. I will swear to protect the Constitution upon taking office but I am not going to make campaign promises about what the Country can do for you. There is something that you can do for your Country. There are many candidates from many parties and from no party that are willing to defend the Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic. They are willing to work for the people and break the political party elite strangle hold on Washington. I am one of them and we are fighting against an immeasurable amount of money. We need the financial support of the people that would like to Restore the Republic. You know who we are but your friends and neighbors and coworkers need to know also. Campaign financing is necessary. People need to see the names and faces of liberty candidates. media must take notice and polling numbers must change. The system is locked up by money. We can fight fire with fire and Restore the Republic.</p>
<p>The maximum any one person is allowed to donate to acandidate in an election cycle is $2400. There is no minimum. Donate to help me and help other liberty candidates get the necassary seats in Congress to make this happen. You can also take a moment and send this link to your entire email address so that others that are willing and able will have an opportunity to help.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We do not derive our natural rights from the government. The Declaration of Independence announces that our rights come from the Creator. Our Constitution does not give us our rights. In fact it gives the government certain rights authorized and ratified by the States. It allows legislation from Congress, not from the executive office and not from any agencies or departments. It allows for the formation of a military and protection of the Country and therefor the borders. It allows for regulation of international commerce and restricts interstate taxation.</p>
<p>The eighteen amendment to the Constitution made alcohol illegal and the twenty first amendment repealed the eighteenth. All the while the tenth amendment left this decision to the States to make. In any case the feds or the G-men became the original DEA while the revenuers were the original IRS agents. The federal government spent tax money to increase the size and scope of the government and when they could not suppress the will of the people they chose to tax their freedoms instead.</p>
<p>Now we come to the issue of marijuana use. I believe the DEA should spend its time and efforts on the border stopping illegal importation into or out of the country. The States should not allow federal invasion into their territory. The IRS has learned that it can make more money extorting Americans than it can b;y imprisoning foreign nationals. Not withstanding the financial gains to the government it is not a great policy to extort citizens that wish to use a hemp product for textile, rope , medicine  or even social remedies while at the same time condoning the use of a presumably harsher more violent substance like alcohol. And its use is only allowed if the feds collect their taxable extortion revenue.</p>
<p>Americans somehow accept over time the restrictions placed on them by our federal Government because it&#8217;s &#8220;the law&#8221;. When and if we realize that laws have been passed for erroneous reasons we as Americans should reexamine why those laws were passes and don&#8217;t be afraid to repeal them. And we shouldn&#8217;t feel we have to add a new tax to do it. One generation to the next accepts more and more government repression and oppression. This attitude must and can be stopped. We as Americans can and must decide for ourselves. We must not allow representatives to govern against our will all the time expanding the scope of government. We must Restore the Republic to a constitutionally authorized form of Government.</p>
<p>There are still issues such as age of responsible persons, vehicular use under the influence and amounts allowed. Taxation and Regulation and import and export. But an attitude of accepting that people have natural freedoms and personal responsibilities is a good place to start a discussion about free use of cannabis.</p>

A person walks down the street and gets stopped by law enforcement for jay walking or because they&#8217;re looking for some one or because they look suspicious or whatever. The person is subjected to an otherwise illegal search and is found to have some cannabis in their pocket or purse. Now they weren&#8217;t doing anything irresponsible and they weren&#8217;t planning on it. But they get arrested. From that point until they get fined by the judge it may cost them ten thousand or more dollars put into a criminal justice system where no crime was committed. Or was one committed.</p>
<p>Suppose at some point in history a group of people made a declaration that humans are endowed by their creator with unalienable rights to observe the laws of nature. Then suppose those people made a constitution to limit the abuses of government so that people could remain free with their natural laws given to them by a creator. Among these limitations was the right of individual states within a compound federal government to have precedence to govern themselves if that constitution doesn&#8217;t allow a federal government the authority to address an issue. Such as Cannabis. So should all the federal laws about cannabis be repealed and pot heads, dopers, medicinal users and casual smokers be allowed to smoke as they see fit. Not exactly. And does that apply to all substance? And at what age are people free to use.</p>
<p>This is where some common terms are readily misused. Legalisation is an irrelevant term. Things are not made legal. They are already legal until legislation and laws are passed to prohibit them or make their use a criminal act. So to de-criminalize the use of cannabis would require repeal of certain laws at different levels. Medicinal marijuana use should not be the goal of those among us that would prefer that pot be de-criminalized. I know it is a step they believe is necessary to begin widespread acceptance. But medicines require development and testing procedures and human trials and oversight by the FDA. Do you really want cannabis regulated by the FDA. I read somewhere a natural law that said &#8220;I give you every seed bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it&#8221;. I also read the &#8220;separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature&#8217;s God entitle them&#8221; and &#8220;We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness&#8221;. Then I read &#8220;under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding&#8221;. and also &#8220;The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people&#8221;.</p>
<p>So the federal Government may in fact not have Constitutional authority to regulate unaltered plants. The Constitution adopted by the States may restrict the States from legislating cannabis use. Theoretically cannabis use should not and can not be turned into a crime in the United States of America. So how did we get here? Next topic is the DEA and the IRS.</p>

<p>Congressional Reform Act of 2010</p>
<p>1. Term Limits.<br />
12 years only, one of the possible options below.<br />
A. Two, Six-year Senate terms<br />
B. Six, Two-year House terms<br />
C. One, Six-year Senate term and three, Two-Year House terms.<br />
This applies to all Senate and Congressional Aides as well.</p>
<p>2. No Tenure / No Pension.<br />
A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when he/she is out of office.</p>
<p>3. Congress (past, present, and future) participates in Social Security.<br />
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.</p>
<p>4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.</p>
<p>5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.</p>
<p>6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.</p>
<p>7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.</p>
<p>8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/11.<br />
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen.  Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.</p>
<p>9. Lobbying Congress will be illegal and, if committed by a former Senator or House Representative, it will be considered a felony.<br />
Serving in Congress is an honor; not, a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, serving their term(s), then going home and back to work.</p>

Standing next to me was an older gentleman with a spanish accent, less older than me. He was wearing some military wear like boots and a cap. As we discussed who to vote for he could have said, I vote for the white guy, they have to have a spanish name , I vote republican, the younger people aren&#8217;t corrupt yet, I vote the older guys, they have to look good. But he didn&#8217;t say any of that. He gave me the best reason I ever hear people say how they vote. He told me that he votes American. The #1 voting method to Restore the Republic.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do you vote? that&#8217;s a question I&#8217;ve been asking people as we talk aboout issues. I want to tell of you some of the reasons and methods that I&#8217;ve been told some people use to choose who they vote for. Some of these reasons may work well for you. These are in no particular order of preference.</p>
<p>A. I vote for the candidates that my union supports</p>
<p>B.  My pastor isn&#8217;t supposed to tell me but he let&#8217;s me know his favorites.</p>
<p>C. The NRA publishes a graded list</p>
<p>D. If there is a woman running I vote for her</p>
<p>E. I only vote for white guys</p>
<p>F. I only vote for the black candidates</p>
<p>G. They  have to have a spanish name</p>
<p>H. Whatever the Miami Herald says</p>
<p>I. I do my research</p>
<p>J. They have to look good.</p>
<p>K. I know the name when I get to the booth</p>
<p>L. Einie Meinie Minei Moe.</p>
<p>M. I don&#8217;t vote, you&#8217;re all corrupt</p>
<p>N. Flip a coin</p>
<p>O. I won&#8217; t vote for a Jew</p>
<p>P. I won&#8217;t vote for any one in office</p>
<p>Q. close my eyes and punch</p>
<p>R. Only old people.</p>
<p>S. I vote the young ones, they aren&#8217;t corrupt yet</p>
<p>T. I vote my values</p>
<p>U. I vote the opposite of my husband, he&#8217;s an&#8230;..</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Almost everyone has something planned for the 4th. Boating, BBQ, off road drive, the movies, drink beer, watch tv, play zynga games, sit back and recover from an illness, fix the house or the computer, cut the grass, read, catch up on homework, travel, see relatives, cook, play with the dogs, ride the horse, go shooting, work out, work, and the list is endless. Whatever you did you did because you probably had a choice. Americans before you did some amazing things to secure your freedom to enjoy a day of remembrance. A day to be thankful for the Independence of America. So enjoy the day whatever you do. Enjoy today, the 4th of July, Independence day.</p>
<p>But tomorrow, and the next day and the rest of the year are days that you must secure that independence. There are forces at work in the country that are trying to steal the history of the American way of Independece. Ever since Abraham Lincoln and the end of the civil war. In fact the cause of the Civil War in this Country there has been a subtle shift of power from the people. There are well meaning people and not so well meaning people of the past and the present that are both knowledgeable and some ignorant about the way our Independence is being taken away from us.</p>
<p>In this respect Rush Limbaugh and George Soros are birds of the same feather. I use these examples only because they are well known to a lot of people. There are hundreds of thousands more just like them. They appear to be on different ends of a political spectrum but in the end they are almost identical in the effect they have on this country. They have a lot of influence on the way a lot of people view matters. And they both lead the country towards  Communist end.</p>
<p>Ever since Lincoln said a house divided can not stand the United States has been that division. Politicians, media, upstanding citizens and scoundrels have promoted for differnent reasons a political party system that has controlled Washington. A person can claim whatever title they want for their politics but when they promote a party over the founding principles well that&#8217;s just communist. You can call yourself a liberal or you can call yourself a conservative or you can call yourself an anarchist but the end result is the same that a party rules instead of the people as in We the People.</p>
<p>Our Founders principles don&#8217;t include party politics. It&#8217;s time we decide to stop falling for the scare tactic of if you don&#8217;t vote for me, &#8220;the other side id going to win&#8221;. And the other side of what? The other side of America or the other side of the aisle or the other side of the party? At the beginning of tomorrow the party system has gotten us here since the time of Lincoln. If you think this is great and the way America should be then by all means vote your party. If you think we should be at a better place or can be heading down a better road then it&#8217;s time to step up. It&#8217;s time to burn the boats that keep us reliant on our fear from the party. Burn the boats, abandon party politics forget communism and Restore the Republic to it&#8217;s Constitutionally authorized form of Government. Let We the People continue to Declare our Independence from an abusive over sized Federal Government.</p>
